 RNA 96 Well Cell Centrifuge Kit

 

For the isolation of RNA from 1 x 104 - 5 x 106 cells per well using either adherent or suspension cell lines. Total RNA yields obtained from each well can be as high as 100µg, providing up to 10 mg of pure, stable RNA per plate. Kit includes either two or eight 96-well. All reagents, DNase, and plastics are included. Kits are available in two plate heights to fit various centrifuges; standard plate carrier clearance is 75mm tall, short stack plate carrier clearance is 50mm tall.

Each purification column purifies RNA from 0.5-40 mg tissue. This kit Includes TCEP and PRECLEAR™ columns. Up to 80 mg of tissue can be processed with the same kit if additional TCEP and PRECLEAR™ columns are available.

 RNA Fibrous Tissue Kit

 

Each purification column purifies RNA from 0.5-40 mg fibrous tissue (e.g. skeletal muscle, skin, heart, oesophagus). This kit Includes TCEP and PRECLEAR™ columns. Up to 80 mg of tissue can be processed with the same kit if additional TCEP and PRECLEAR™ columns are available.

 VERSAGENE RNA DNase Kit

 

For the removal of any residual DNA. DNase treatment is optional for cell and tissue samples.

DNasesamples using the PURESCRIPT RNA purification kit
