Standard tissue culture flasks

Our range of flasks has been associated for many years with a continual high standard of manufacturing quality. The yellow colouring, which has always been our trademark, not only symbolises a marking innovation; it stands for and guarantees a stable, slip-free stacking of several flasks. Access with pipettes and scrapers right into the corners is another characteristic of our tissue culture flasks. The 75 and 300 cm2 types have writing areas on both side surfaces and thus also offer left-handed users a user-friendly article. The improved uniform surface treatment of the flask base and absolute transparency round off this product.

The overflow height on the 25 cm2 flask has been improved further to reduce the danger of spillage.

The ”VENT” marking on the screw cap indicates defined aeration. The clicked-in venting position is clearly seen by means of a slightly raised rectangle found on the highest point on the cap. When the cap is turned through 90º the flask closes and is gas-tight.

Our filter screw caps have a high-grade hydrophobic membrane with a pore size of 0.22 µm. We employ our own joining process to join the filter to our plastic.
